OUR MISSION
Maddie’s Dance Studio is a local, family-centered community based in Stamford, CT. We are dedicated to fostering a loving and inclusive environment where dancers of every age feel empowered to explore their potential. By providing a safe haven for artistic vulnerability and emotional expression, we help our students transform passion into performance. At MDS, we pride ourselves on building confidence through movement while ensuring that fun remains at the heart of every class.
MADILYN PEREZ | Owner & Director
Madilyn Perez is the Owner and Director of Maddie’s Dance Studio and a Greenwich, CT, native with a lifelong dedication to dance. Her foundational training at The Dance Pointe included local performances, high-level competitions, and biennial international dance tours to Germany, eventually leading her to Fordham University, where she was a four-year member of the NCAA Division I Dance Team. In addition to competing, she performed at premier venues including Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center, and Capital One Arena. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Madilyn concurrently balanced her studies with coaching dance programs at Greenwich High School in Greenwich, CT and Saint Vincent Ferrer High School in New York, NY. In addition to her directing MDS, she also currently serves as a Building Substitute and Administrative Assistant for Special Education at Old Greenwich School while pursuing a Master’s degree in Special Education through Western Governors University. Realizing a lifelong dream, Madilyn founded her studio to share her deep-rooted passion for dance, finding it absolutely amazing to witness the joy of learning and the love of dance come alive in a new generation of children.
PAIGE ONELLI | Dance Teacher
Paige Onelli grew up dancing in Harrison, New York where she had the opportunity to dance in performances and fundraisers around Connecticut and Westchester, New York with her studios dance company. She became a founding member of her studios competition team where she competed for four years and won a regional title. She also performed at renowned arenas such as Madison Square Garden and the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Paige is a sophomore at Manhattanville University where she is a member of one of Manhattanville’s dance teams: Manhattanville Dance Troupe. Paige is so excited to be a member of the Maddie’s Dance Studio family!
