POLICIES:

1. There is a 3-week grace period from the first day of classes to receive a full refund (minus the registration fee) should you decide this is not the right fit. After the 3-week grace period, refunds will only be given for medical reasons (with doctor's note) or re-locating 15+ miles away from our studio address (with proof of new address).

3. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30 per family to enroll in classes.

2. Tuition will be billed to your parent portal at the time of your registration and will be due by August 1st, 2024. Should you not pay on time, it may result in the loss of your spot in the class.

3. Should there be any reason that permits us to close/cancel class (i.e. weather, teacher sickness, etc.), there are already three "cancellation classes" built into the season for each class. That means, similar to Greenwich Public Schools, after three cancelled classes, if we get to 4+ cancelled classes we will add makeup days to the end of May. (for example, if we have 5 snow days, we will make up 2 classes in May).

4. Should a dancer miss a class for any personal reason, there will not be a make-up day permitted.

5. Dancers are required to adhere to the dress code. 

​

6. Maddie's Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel any classes due to low enrollment in which case families would receive a full refund.

FAQs:

​

Can I watch my dancer while they are in dance class? 

• In order to create a safe and comfortable environment for all dancers, parents and guardians will not be allowed to watch the dance classes.

Do you offer any payment plans?

• Families taking 3+ classes (all siblings included) can request a payment plan by emailing the studio. Please note, all payment plans must be paid off in full by January 1st, 2025 to be eligible to perform in our spring recital.

Are your dance classes for boys? 

• Of course! We welcome dancers of all genders and backgrounds. Everyone is welcome to dance with us!
