Studio Policies:

 

Refund Policy
A full refund (minus the registration fee) will be provided if you choose to withdraw within the first 3 weeks of classes. After the 3-week grace period, refunds will only be considered for medical reasons (with a doctor’s note) or if the family relocates more than 15 miles away from the studio (with proof of new address).

 

Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of $30 per family is required to enroll in classes.

 

Tuition Payment and Spot Reservation
Tuition will be charged to your account, and payment must be made by the specified due date. If we are unable to process your payment, there is a risk of losing your spot in the class. In the event of a waitlist, your spot will be forfeited and offered to the next person on the list.

 

Class Cancellations
In cases where classes are canceled (e.g., due to weather, instructor illness, etc.), we have built in three "cancellation days" for each class. Should more than three classes be canceled, makeup sessions will be scheduled at the end of May. For example, if five classes are canceled, two makeup classes will be scheduled in May.

Missed Classes
Makeup classes are not offered for absences due to personal reasons.

Dress Code Compliance
All dancers are required to adhere to the designated dress code for their respective class.

Class Cancellations Due to Low Enrollment
Maddie's Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel any classes due to low enrollment. In such cases, families will receive a full refund, including tuition and registration fees.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

1. Can I observe my dancer during class?
   In order to create a focused and supportive environment, parents and guardians are not permitted to observe classes during their dancer's session.

2. Are your dance classes open to boys?
   Absolutely! We welcome dancers of all genders and backgrounds. Everyone is encouraged to join and participate in our dance program.
